To ship to an APO/FPO military address you will need to make sure the country is set to 'United States'. For the state you will have options underneath Arkansas that range from 'Armed Forces Africa' to 'Armed Forces Pacific' and you will need to choose the correct one. 'APO AE' or the equivalent can be entered under the 'Suburb/City' option. The zip code can be entered like normal under the 'zip code' area.
Returns Policy
- Notify us within 30 days of receiving order to return an item
- No returns on international orders
- No returns on made to order / custom items
- Most refunds process within 7 days of receiving returned item(s)
- Customer is responsible for paying postage on returns
In order to return a product, you must notify us within 30 business days of receiving your order for us to take an order back (this applies to USA customers only). For our international customers, we cannot offer any return policy due to the costs and time of shipping, along with custom's delays. We do NOT accept returns on Made To Order items which includes any custom made watch strap and all of our belts, as each belt is made to your specs/size.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of us receiving your returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
